Project Task:
1. Re-setup automation in used PVC Paper Making Machine which comes from China.
2. Setup Sensors, Switches (Push, Selector, Limit) and wiring.
3. Problem Finding and solved them which related to automation.
4. Customized PLC Program, Setup VFD Parameter and Designing Human Machine Interface (HMI).
Using Devices: PLC (Mitsubishi FX3u-32M PLC with AD, DA and IO Module). HMI (Kinco).
VFD (YASKAWA). Many Proximity Sensors, Push Switch, Limit Switch.
